Ecostage is a community where we are always learning from each other. If you’re not already part of it, we’d love you to get involved.
You can sign up and create a profile, so potential collaborators can find you. You can add your videos to the Global Voices Video Archive, a project we’re running in collaboration with the Society of British Theatre Designers. You can add links to the resources page. And you can add case studies, which is what we want to focus on here.
You don’t need to be signed up to our community to use most of the resources on the Ecostage website, but adding case studies is one of the rare occasions when we do need a community profile. If you haven’t done so yet, it’s simple to create a profile:Â there is an easy-to-complete form where you can answer some questions about your work and upload some photos.
If you want to add a case study, it needs to relate to some or all of the Ecostage principles. It doesn’t need to be successful in achieving all of its aims – we can learn as much from what didn’t work as what did – but of course we’re also keen to hear about your successes.
It can, like most case studies, be about a specific project you’ve done, but it could also explain an area of research or special interest, or an aspect of your creative practice. All we ask is that you share your knowledge, learnings and experience in an accessible way, so others can benefit from it. We do, however, ask that you don’t write about yourself or your creative practice as a whole because that is what your community profile is for.
If you’ve got any questions or need any help, you can always get in touch.
We look forward to learning more about you and your work!
