Oak Tree Productions is an award winning independent film production company based in Glasgow, Scotland. Established in 2000 by filmmaker and actor Paul Darroch, their main aim is to create high-quality productions which are both innovative and varied in terms of theme, style and content. They always aim to ensure that each production is made with as little waste and impact on the environment as possible, as well as being presented with the Go Greener Foundations Award.
The Old Plane Tree
A short film chronicling the 500-year life of the Old Plane Tree in Darnley, Glasgow from the 1500s until the present day and how its outlook has been shaped by war, plague and the current environmental emergency.
